Counseling Services

Individual

Individual counseling provides an opportunity to talk with someone about life issues that are difficult to face alone. 

Couple

Couple/Marriage counseling provides individuals in committed relationships the opportunity to seek a third-party perspective in their quest to resolve relational concerns.  This option can be tailored to fit the need of your relationship, whether for high intensity conflict resolution or for regular maintenance of a healthy relationship.  

Family

Family counseling provides a welcoming space for all individuals to be heard.  This option is suitable for families of four or less.    

Session Expectations

Counseling sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes.  Typically, clients begin to see results from therapy by the 5th session.
